well cat lady if your familiar with torrent downloading through the torrent part of the ah.forum, when you download the torrent with whatever software, for example i use azureus, when its completed as long as you dont delete the file from the queau, it moves to another section which is the seeding section, this is where your pc with the file on it acts like another server for ah.fm users in a sense, so they have others to download it from! hence the term 'seeding'
