1. BT: Le Nocturne De Lumiere

Another cut from BT's recent 'These Hopeful Machines' album. Production is just out-of-this world: so precise, so clean and controlled, yet raw in many ways. BT is master of atmospheric intros and has definitely been inspiration on for example my 'Metaverse' tracks intro. I also love the fact that someone has courage to introduce other time signatures than 4/4 in dance music. Just check out the last minute of this track;) Here is link to a preview of the whole album: YouTube - BT - These Hopeful Machines (Album Preview!)

nice starting track, wasn't that fond of the vocals on "these hopeful machines" but this sounds much better.

It's very diverse, you'll probably like some of it and some of it not.

Hi peeps!

It's very diverse, you'll probably like some of it and some of it not.

That is probably very true for most of us. It's brave from BT to make so diverse album. Not everybody is as musically openminded as he is.

2. Cicada: One Beat Away (Arno Cost Remix)

Arno Cost shows his trancier side. Still firmly on the prog house groove but the chords and vocal are very trancey. Very summery track which I'm sure will do well during the coming summer months. Cicada has been one of my fave pop electronica bands for quite some time and I highly recommend their albums.

Yeah I'll definitely give it a shot. BT is a great producer I just haven't really been bothered with his latest album as I've heard it was pretty heavy on the vocals/popish. One more track like this one and it's all worth it tho :)

Amazing start to this set
