Yes mate, this hurricane hasn't landfallen, we've been waiting since 4 hours, but the wind is extremly strong and the rain comes and goes.

At the beach (Puerto de Veracruz) the rain is stronger, is flooded, stones from under sea are brought by 3-5 meters waves and crash with the boulevard.

But where i live (Xalapa City) we're also still waiting for the hurricane. The danger here is the tremendous wind, the rain (+350 mm.) and the water that comes running fast from the highest places.
