Stupid heels plus Jaegerbombs plus wet stairs. There was a crack in the back of her head you could put a 10p piece in, bleeding everywhere, the bar manager trying to patch it up and she's like "I'm fine! I want to get back out there!"

That said, it says something when you open a door, see someone sprawled at the bottom of some stairs and you're not surprised
