It's not official in either State. Hell, English isn't even the official language in Texas or California. The State Governments are too chickenshit to make it "official". But unofficially, everyone knows that English is the primary language and Spanish is the secondary language. It's a fact of every day life in both states. Most signs are bilingual. Even Mass at my Church is bilingual. :grinning:
