i really suggest that you send a message to the club owners if you are really that upset with this. maybe they will upgrade their internet service in the future for a better broadcast. apparently they werent thinking bout the internet broadcast correctly.

so the issue is that they don't have a wide enough upstream pipeline to transit the signal to your relay servers. how much bandwidth is neccesary.
