Hauntingly tranquil. Blissfully joyous. Melodic and uplifting. Words that have been used to describe Farhad Mahdavi's debut outing on Diverted Music. Peaceland is a trancer full of power and emotion without needing to slam the tempo. Remember, it doesn't need to be absolutely banging to be a good trance record...however... Peaceland is certainly one of our hottest releases to date, with a swooping melody, full of plush strings and plucks that will soothe the darkest of hearts. Peace is the dish of the day, and Farhad Mahdavi shows why he is one of Iran's finest trance producers on the scene. Farhad is one hot property, and one to watch out for in 2013! Check it! On remix duty we have such power, raw melodic bliss and unique attention to detail from Aeden and Mike van Fabio. French sensation Aeden has already caused mass hysteria with Nocturnes on Diverted Music, and he has injected such venomous energy into Farhad's original - and turned Peaceland into a pure euphoric trancer with extra tempo and grittiness. And finally, another one of Diverted's protegee's Mike van Fabio, has delivered one of his most blissful remixes to date, utilising a different style of melody in the breakdown, to make the track driving, yet positively uplifting in his own unique way. A fine release - and one we are extremely proud of!
