05. Sasha & Emerson: Scorchio

This was another match made in heaven. Scorchio oozes that summery vibe yet managing to avoid any cheesyness. I actually used to play more the Sander Kleineneberg remix which was tiny bit more pumping and club friendly. The Pulser bootleg of this was a nice slightly more trancey update on this couple years ago.

06. Felix da Housecat: Watching Cars Go By (Sasha Remix)

This remix earned Sasha a Grammy nomination and IMHO shows how he can produce even elektro house and still get the tracks that signature Sasha vibe through his lenghty arrangements and processing. This is lifted from his Involver mix CD. Well... if you can Involver "a mix CD" as Sasha took all the tracks and basically completely remixed and transformed them into something completely different. That story is perfect continuation in his back catalogue of mix CD: Renaissance 1 was the first gold selling mix CD and foundation of all modern branded club mix CDs, Northern Exposure perhaps the best example of long harmonic mixes and "journey" approach to a mix CD while his San Francisco and Ibiza Global Underground mixes are some of the finest in that mighty series.

He is flying in from Ibiza and returning to Ibiza so I think he is at least in Europe. I guess bigger risk is if DJs don't manage to get their asses to the airplane from the nice afterparties they must be at=D
