hows killing count this year?

man was really gud until a month or so ago
i think the karlycs have somehow infected me with sum super insane pathogen which can kill the earths population abt 4 times over and its giving me a real annoying cough so i had 2 result in drowning puppies instead of my usual dragon slayings as i dont have the energy
