just for ur info, uplifting is NOT the only sound that will get ppl moving on the dancefloor. and not only that, its a matter of taste (in this case, only yours).

to clear the air:

What EDM sounds do u like other than uplifting trance?

PS. ppl will easily walk out of a club upon hearing uplifting just as if they were to hear something else that was not their style.

of course, depends on the crowd. if you have a crowd of true tranceheads, they will indeed leave. seen it happen. but then again, the vast majority of people don't really know what they like and will dance to anything with high enough bpm.

i also like progressive trance and progressive house, also some of the deep house stuff. also some of the regular (non progressive?!) house, but only if it doesn't go that funky, jazzy house path.

I agree... I need something other than simply uplifting otherwise I start to tune out. Margoss's point is also valid though.. To quote Ron Burgundy, "When in Rome." Though that has no application here, it means to each their own lol... :thumbsup:
