it sure is, but best time is in the Fall cause in the summer we go to the other extreme, with humidity can be 40C LOL

trust me. i experienced that once. -1ºC in the night close to a river on a "pool" club. and that was UNBELIEVEBLE... one of the best parties of my life.

it was just hard to dance wearing so many jackets! ahahahaha
