2006|08|28 Macarius - Trance Mix Mission 50.06 (A&B Tribute)

OceanLab - Satellite
OceanLab - Satellite
Genre: Electronic
Style: Trance, Progressive Trance
Year: 2004

My love is like footsteps in the snow, baby,
I follow you everywhere you go, baby.
The pain as light has come to wake you
But you will never realize
That I inspire the dreams that guide you baby.

You're a half a world away
But in my mind I whisper every single word you say.
And before you sleep at night
You pray to me, your lucky star, your singing satellite.

I follow the winds that bring the cold, baby,
I light a fire in your soul, baby.
The lightest touch of feathers falling
My love may be invisible
But I inspire the dreams that guide you, baby.

You're a half a world away
But in my mind I whisper every single word you say.
And before you sleep at night
You pray to me, your lucky star, your singing satellite.

The song is said to be about Paavo’s wife, inspired by love letters that they would write to one another while he was away touring (and if that revelation doesn’t make you tear up a bit, then it might be time to check your pulse). It is really and truly an extraordinary love song above all else, and perfectly portrays the heart-wrenching longing of a love separated by distance, circumstance, or time.

Easily one of the best trance tracks in 2002. Excellent vocals by Kate Cameron (also sings on several Space Brothers tracks) and a nice uplifting melody. The original mix is by far the best of all the mixes.

:: Motorcycle - As The Rush Comes | Armind ::

There's a coldness in the air
but i don't care....
(Embrace me...surround me)

Travelling somewhere
could be anywhere
there's a coldness in the air
but i don't care
we drift deeper
life goes on
we drift deeper
into the sound

(Embrace me...surround me.. as the rush..)

Travelling somewhere
could be anywhere
there's a coldness in the air
yeah but i don't care
we drift deeper into the song
life goes on
we drift deeper into the sound
feeling strong

so bring it on so bring it onnnn
we drift deeper into the song
life goes on
we drift deeper into the sound
feeling strong
so bring it on so bring it onnnn
we drift deeper........

we drift deeper life goes on
we drift deeper drift deeper
we drift deeper into the song
life goes on
we drift deeper into the sound
feeling strong
so bring it on so bring it onnnn
