2006|12|5| DJ Exir - Addicted in Trance 018

pun intended - Now this is 'divine' .

hello all I am tuned in and listening ,I have heard a bunch of gem-tracks in this mix.
my fav tune of this set has been Under Sun - Capoeira (Airbase Pres Scarab Rmx) ( has a special meaning to me and always a pleasure re-listening to)
sweet Selu Vibra now and cool set so far
enjoyed!

This set was worth d/l if only for this marvellous track - awesome

this is a great track to finish off for me a great set - with or without a tracklist
he still produced 1 hour of great music. I think he should have been treated
better.
Sorry if I dropped you in it Exir - I enjoyed it - see you next time.

hey hey :)

Its pretty general known not to post tracklist before the show has started. All professional dj's would agree me on that. ( the famous like Menno, Paul, Jonas, Armin, PVD, Tiesto and so on.. ) Not like DJ Exir is not professional, he is a nice dj who mixes good tracks. And i respect his choise by posting the tracklist at start of the show.

i posted the tracklist before the show, so that you can find directly the name of the song that you are listening to ;)

Anyway.....thnx for the good reactions! :) I'll see you all next week with an new and fresh show!

GrtZ!

I still say you did correctly it was your decision and here's a thought for
you how many other members would have been taking part if there
had not have been a track list - Yes you are right no one only Laan and I.
So you did correctly - well you did for me - it did not detract from the great
music you supplied us - just not able to give a full review due to unforseen
circumstances, whatever.
Go for it all you Dj's what's the mystery in holding on to your track lists
I just cannot understand it.
Dont take part in a sessionbecause the t/l is published sounds a bit draconian
and also strange - but if he doesn't publish his list we will take part, just as
weird thinking of a word and it starts with s and ends in y and we are all ill at one
time or another.
Was it some brilliant author S/Maughan or E/Hemingway who when cornered
said "publish and be damned" I'm with them.

Great stuff anyway Dj Exir with or without - loved it a lot. Thanks for all your
hard work. Great stuff

Not to beat a dog with a big stick but I feel I must have one last go to try and
prove a point about track lists before the show.

What site do you go on and listen 'live' to any of the famous (your word) dj's
mentioned above and have a chance to speak(write) to them and get an
answer straight away, and listen to the same great music that
the well known Dj's and our also well known in our own sphere Dj's are
playing - can\could you tell the difference - I doubt it - its all in a name. My
point is they do not do live in your face broadcasts connected to the public
they just play away and the technicians deliver the sound, they are completely
divorced from us - sometimes by oceans. We on the other hand are there
speaking to the Dj like he is a friend and you want to help him and he
wants to give you the best he can and for me he does on this site and gets
9 out of 10 if I have to take info from others, like Magik who always helps
and 10 out of 10 if I have the t/l before like a couple of our Dj's have supplied
up to now.

I can bet that if any of them other Dj's did a show for us(if you passed their
application) they would give us a track list before and be pleased to, just to make
sure we listened, a lot of ego involved.

respect Laan
