That was actually a Dutch comedian....
He had this growing decease and failing kidneys.

Because he knew he was going to die some day and people really had sympathy for this guy.. he abused this by making epic television. Like the retard journal... he's doing the weather man in your gif with Gille de la Tourrette decease :)
