Had intended on picking up another iced coffee today, but changed my mind at the last minute before stepping out. I'm pretty much now holding it off for tomorrow, barring I fall asleep after shutting my 5 AM alarm off again![]()





Sleep itself can be a problem because of whatever time to (try to) fall asleep, and what time to wake up, in which I'd still end up tired after all those hours. This hadn't been a problem for me up until summer of 2011 and I'm still figuring that problem outWell it's not a healthy practice for you to be losing sleep (assuming that is the case). So at least try to have a cut off time for work related activities daily, and get ample amount of sleep. Your body will thank you when you're older :smile:
