It hasn't hit Texas yet, either. Houses are still valued well here. Thank God for small favors. I thought about getting a 15 year mortgage, and then my real estate agent explained the advantages to a 30 years mortgage. If I croak, my estate wins. :LMAO::LMAO::cat:

i wasn't privy to the idea of paying all that interest in a 30 yr. had i taken a 30 yr though, i would be only paying 600/mnth. either way, i don't intend on staying in the US for more than a few years...i need to see more of the world...:)

Yes, he is wonderful, but don't hold your breath for that link. Not going to happened. I tried to recruit him for TAP. No go. Completely understandable. His reasons were valid, and the alternative that he offered me, I just can't honorably do. So I simply enjoy him here as much as I possibly can. His sets are beautiful. :music::dance::mml::cat:
