is it just me or does anyone notice some beats are being "skipped" they dont sound 100% right to me, i think live was used to mix this

I have the same problem with the beats on my program when I mix 2 tracks with different BPM:

f.e. when track 1 is 137 and track 2 is 138, I addapt track 1 to 138, but then sometimes beats seems off...

You have key lock in your program?

I upgraded some weeks ago, then problem started....
