just tuned in after getting back from the clinic, i had food poisoning =(

the deep tunes are putting me to rest

i went to the clinic yesterday. food poisoning too.


but u'll be fine in few days. just have to control ur food and avoid milk.

Alot of my m8's are into progressive..
So am i, i like the more uplifting and melodic style like this, it feels and sounds like a good build-up.
Probably the number 1 club in N.ireland called "LUSH" or "kelly's in portrush" built it's foundation on progressive styles.
You should send over a set/mix to them AndyG.

Not sure how it happened, i wasn't aware of anything i ate bad..

And yeah ill be choosing and eating foods steadily for the next day or so. Glad i was able to make it for the show though, i almost had to have Andy G here do my show for me
