only for the Christmas time, usually lit up by some celeb (Minogue etc.) end of November(???) early December (???)

aaand the "Ferris Wheel" is the London Eye owned by British Airways, hence a flight on the Eye.

did you see the green laser beam coming from Greenwich?

yeah, he was there last week :)

yes i did, was awesome, i love UK...i would move back there tomorrow if i could :)

It has it's own strip club. And they serve hard liquor there. The story behind that place is that Carl wanted to serve booze and have the "gentleman's club" there for the truckers. The county wouldn't give him the licenses to do it. Too many hard core Baptists there. So he went around them by buying up a whole bunch of property around the place, incorporating as his own "home rule" city and wrote his own laws granting him the right to serve booze and have topless waitresses. Add to that the fact that he and Willie Nelson a very good friends. Willie sells his brand of "green" fuel there. Carl's Corner rocks. :grinning:

hmmm interesting never knew bout that

i think ima have to stop by sometime:mask:

One of the things I love about trance is the fact that its definition is completely vague. After all, what defines trance? Gated supersaws with dramatic chord progressions? Reverbered hi-pitched long snares? Synthetic arps? I think those are just instruments... I think what defines trance itself is the mind of the listener. You can fall into a trance listening to tribal sounds, progressive house, hypnotic techno or even new age tracks. So here's the beauty of it, it can be everywhere, and everything can be trancey. You just need to open your mind. ;):)

that was words i hear from a great dj and after that i started to see the trance in a other way :D

man that sucks! i was hoping for maybe 3 or 4 hours at least! hes pretty well known for lengthy performances

actually that place is quite small, and before him played 3 dj's, a girl, Tall Paul(didn't like him) and Blake Jarrel

Recently a strip club was closed down in my area not too far away from where i live!

Damn those stupid laws and ordanices :P:P

I think that the totally nude one in Southeast Houston is still there. It on Winkler Drive just before it runs back into the I45 N feeder road. At the other end of Winkler where it curves toward South Houston is the Moulin Rouge.

Why do I know about those places? It's the neighborhood I grew up in and my sister still lives there.

good points though you describe the whole of EDM not just Trance (the genre).

may I even add Vivaldi to that? (IMHO, for trance - the feeling))

great classic set, definitely deserves a place in this EOY round up. :grinning:
