It won tune of the year on ASOT, because the people just getting into trance (via ASOT) like Lyrics and low-key stuff. I used to be that way, I will admit. Now I am diversified. Hardstyle, Uplifts, Progressive, etc. I can like it all. Depending on my mood, I can even get into some ambient.

The fact big sky won #1 shows that trance isn't dying...new people are coming onto the scene every day. And that's a good thing. The song sucks, but those trance newbies will evolve into something deeper. The love that all of us have for the choons!

We may say Big Sky sucks, but it's a sign. A sign that even to this day, we are gaining more fans.
 
oh you guys... that's the magik in me talking... i don't think she is online now, but any of you could send her our little chat here :) I bet she would love to hear about it :)

im not actually in London, 90 miles north east of London. I put the capital city on my myspace/facebook profile as not many people know my town

probably you are right, i like vocals too, but what got me here in the first place was the epic- serene sound, not necessarily the vocals. Big sky might not be a great track, but last year above and beyond won for a good reason

Well. I am looking at it this way, atm. My vote for world's best DJ, went how I wanted. My vote for top tracks of 2007 didn't. 1/2 is okay for me.
