pretty close...but actually it is American Samoa- Pago Pago, Samoa (Apia), Niue (Alofi), Midway Islands, Jarvis Isl., Kingman Reef, Palmyra Atoll

The first to enter 2008 was - Kiribati- Christmas Island, Kiritimati :)

do you remember when Y2K was happening and everyone was freaking out, so I remember that year i was just sitting infront of the tv and they showed christmas island celebrating the new year! and I was like ......Nothing happened??? sweet! :lol:
