24-12-2007 AH.FM End of Year Countdown

sometimes is sad, when no one to hug in the new years eve.
there is a reason why, everything is for good i must believe.

we all have to believe something, that gives sense to the life.

Whereas most DJ's are bad producers, I prefer the 'self-made' sets by Ron more as his 'everybody else's tracks' sets. His own productions, especially the older ones, define a style by itself. You love the style, or you don't - but it's an identity. Something I can't say that much from most of the 'open' sets of Ron I've heard. To my taste, Ron's best performing as a producer. Other DJ's do better jobs with choosing a variety of different composers, creating some identity of their own :music:

couldn't agree with you more :grinning: rvdb is one of my all-time favorite producers, his style is unique and also immediately recognizeable, and up to today the power of his productions is matched by hardly any other producer out there. i always love to put some older track of his into my sets, as they just blow people's minds away, as this whole set did it for me. i'm not much of a chair raver usually, but i definitely couldn't sit still with this set on :)

amazing! :grinning:

daniel kandi... w000000000t !!! \o/\o/\o/

sean tyas and mauel le saux were the 2 most awesome sets !!! :grinning:

TRIPLEEEEEEEE WOOOOOOOOOOOOT !! :box:

couldn't agree with you more :grinning: rvdb is one of my all-time favorite producers,

really ?

his style is unique and also immediately recognizable, and up to today the power of his productions is matched by hardly any other producer out there.

it is just TOO recognizable, and he plays the same tracks over and over again. :mask:

i always love to put some older track of his into my sets, as they just blow people's minds away, as this whole set did it for me. i'm not much of a chair raver usually, but i definitely couldn't sit still with this set on :)

amazing! :grinning:

yes, old tracks are cool. but not every freakin' time, and certainly not in a major event like AH's EOYC..... his tracks are nice and all, but he plays them over and over again on every channel and it becomes very dull and monotonous, however energetic they may be... he didn't even play one of his own tracks called "sunset", i think that track is much better than his "timeless" one which he seems to adore beyond imagination.... :P

if only daniel kandi does not talk for so long during his sets... geezuz... :P
