in-law. she's been "divorcing" her husband for over a year now. sigh.. the saga continues....

I'm not a proponent of divorce. but when it's over it's over. time to end the drama and get a real attorney. i've referred her to a really good one, but she enjoys the drama too much...

we just had nice dinner, new york steaks, nice bottle of wine. should be deep in the saddle about now but she popped in... then got on her cell... not taking the hints.... i walked down hall with my slong hanging out... but no joy...

That's what I thought with my first wife. Big mistako, that was.

Love is somewhat a matter of managing expectations. Doesn't need to be "the end and be all of all time", that raises the bar too high. Just need to take it as it comes, at least to some degree, else you end up missing out on the here and now whilst waiting on what might be, the elusive "perfect love". Perfection does not just arrive, knocking on one's door. It needs to be forged, trial and heat of fire. The important thing is that you find someone with the mettle to withstand the forge of life.
