are you taking anything?...drink some Neocitran :hug:

but could also be because of dry air, use a humidifier....dryness gives the same symptoms as a cold, sometimes as bad as pneumonia

Dry air is getting to me. I've had like ten major nosebleeds in two weeks.

Had a gusher in class last week. Took me about 20 tissues and 15-20 minutes to control.

Stupid nose.

I'm going to drug myself up in the next week. I work at a local store with a pharmacy. So I'll talk to my one Pharm. Tech girl buddy. I'll see what she has to make me feel better.

touch wood, i haven't had the flu or a cold in about 15 years now, and my doctor suggested that it may be due to the multivitamins and the two bananas (the fruit :tongue:) that i have religiously every day for breakfast :)

Hm, I may need to try the whole Tea thing. I've been flushing my system with loads of Propel Fitness Water.

well, that's good, ask him for Hydrasense, a hydrating nose spray that is pure sea water, its awesome, and it will help you with the nose bleeds and the dryness
