It's an outdoor swing that had got too much sun and rain and kids climbing on it. And it was made in China. Here is the before picture of what was left of the fabric after I taped it together with duct tape to use as a pattern.

Here is the finished product. I reinforced the back with three "tapes" and reinforced the seat with three going up and down and two going across.
