you may have to break it up into portions though (u can use Audacity if you don't have anything else) and with the generated cue you just chop it into d/l friendly chunks.
If you want to do it quick and dirty just set the cues every 10 - 12 tracks (should equal 100MB roughly - experiment).
Thing is I won't be back til next week to give you assistance should you need some.
