By the way... I saw Matt Darey for the first time ever last night.

It was good, he definitely rocked the house, BUT...

He barely played any trance. Mostly progressive house bangers, which they were good but I expected some sick trance and only got like 3 songs.

And also, HE TALKS WAY TOO MUCH during his set, kind of a turn off.

I'd give him a 7 out of 10 live.

Based on his productions I'd say he's moving down a more progressive/techy route.

Talking during a club set? No thanks to that at all! I'm not a big fan of DJ's who like the sound of their own voice too much.

he did play a song that I know i've heard it not too long ago but I dont know the name.

it has a particular beat:

starts, then stops. then starts again stops. a girl sings over it. it repeats this pattern until it drops. it's intense.
