‘Nocturna’ by Akku, the newest release on Pulsar Recordings, is atrack that defies genres, instead focusing on the experience that it deliversto the listeners.

This single, which lies somewhere between uplifting andpsytrance, is characterized by a dark and heavy rolling bass that provides thebackdrop for intermittent pads, paving the way to a hypnotizing breakdown ladenwith echoing sounds.

The uplift in this track is slow and thick, allowing the synth tobuild plenty of tension before a release that sends the listeners soaring highin the open skies.

Dreamy’s Epic remix of this tune starts with a steady build-upand a slow, high-pitched piano melody, easing into a soothing and etherealbreakdown that gives this version an entirely different mood.
