Very simple - go into Regional Setting (if Windows), add Russian keyboard, enable "quick shift" using e.g. the keyboard combination ALT+LEFT SHIFT

- have a spread sheet
- one column for English
- one column for Cyrillic
- one column for prononciations

Then you can copy and paste from here
