mind + physics : complex relationship

i do have a lil sleeping problems lately... cant fall asleep even if i feel tired. might be coffee fault

In this respect I got a luxus life. I can drink coffee - have the benefits of being active - yet sleep fast at any time between 00:00 and 24:00h :grinning:​

:grinning::grinning::grinning: Anytime? during the day as well?! It is very hard for me to catch any sleep during the day no matter how little I have slept at night! Well, if I go to bed at 3am, I can wake up at 14.18 like today!
