The reason being all three have a deep understanding of whats wanted and how to please a crowd with the best and most original material they could find. And they should be an example to the rest

my List is a bit longer but with the hands of 2 ppl the number can be showen

so actually i have 1 or 2 each day they i call outstanding

I am totally agree with you, ok maybe more so why only about 30 out of 220 djs could create a set and put there something interesting and absorbing?

what is wanted, as you have pointed out yourself tastes are different.
so I disagree.
if all followed your set pattern it would kill all variety and the chance of listeners to expand their horizons.
this is no criticism of the DJs you mentioned, just the way you described what is important to you is a formular with little longetivity.
are you creative for yourself or for your "market"?
