winamp went faucking haywire on me a couple of days ago with all these strange windows popping up on my screen really fast.

I was like WTF is going on? And uninstalled the damn thing a few mins later

checked for viruses lately, i never had that happen to me and i use it at work

I bet u use vista?? same thing happened to me when i installed it but now its pretty good.

I do use vista.


I tried downgrading from it once and it turned out to be a very big mistake :|

Like my gun (shotguns rule), they will have to pry my XP Pro out of my cold, dead hard drive before I will switch to Vista.

What worked for me was to get the old winamp, not the new versions but the old 2,93 or what its called, and then take away the option where it says that you can watch movies or slips on it. then it works just fine

i've been on Vista on the windows box and the laptop for one year now and not a single problem whatsoever,i actually really like it, the SP1 is coming out soon, that should fix a lot of things
