I was a little confused about this set.. wasn't sure about it really... but nice work laz.
I think u got me into old trance :)
Thanks mate - this one is probably by a more familiar name though. Originally the track came out in 1996 and was a great vocal number then, but it wasn't till a few years later when a certain Canadian pulled off one of the best remixes ever.....

1. Union Jack - There Will Be No Armageddon [Platipus] - 1995
2. Orbital - Halcyon & On & On [Internal] - 1993
3. Dance 2 Trance - We Came In Peace (Desert mix) [Logic] - 1993
4. Humate - Love Stimulation (Paul van Dyk original love mix) [MFS] - 1993
5. Art Of Trance - Kaleidoscope [Platipus] - 1996
6. Moby - Into The Blue (Simple mix) [Mute] - 1995
7. Moonman - Galaxia (Qattara remix) [Heat Recordings] - 1997
8. Schiller - Ruhe (Humate remix) [Data] - 2000
9. Bullitt - Cried To Dream (Max Graham remix) [Variation] - 2000

I'm a big fan of ambient stuff, you ever heard Shpongle? Their Nothing Lasts album is excellent to listen to with some nice headphones on and chilling out :music:

I must +1 that statement ! This Sphongle album is a must have for dub/ambient lovers ! And a must try for people who don't know it !!

should be a good then, or? :lol:

:wow::wow:
You really wanted it,huh???:)

Oh yes! Oakey played it on one of his compilations years ago (may have been Tranceport but I forget - Oakey is my God by the way) and I made it my mission in life to get hold of it. Apparently it only ran on a 500-pressing release in Holland for some reason. I very nearly once took the ferry there when I found a shop on the internet that had one in but wouldn't post to England :lol:
Yeah I totally agree! That was exactly what I was experiencing while trying to mix my set too, although I partly blame my decks for their lack of high quality time stretch algorithms.

Never been so much into Shpongle, but he's the same guy who was Hallucinogen wasn't he? And I was massively into them! "Twisted" is an unbelievably good album, I neealy played a tune from it in this show today.... :music:

Max Graham vs Yes - Owner of a Lonely Heart :lol::lol:

AH : Twisted !! Golden old time !

Yes, Shpongle = Hallucinogen = Simon Postford = crazyness inside music = genius !

Admittedly he lost his way in my opinion as the years have gone since.... ;) You should listen to Sepia though too, that's a masterpiece :music:

Speaking of masterpieces, for my last 2 tunes, I picked my 2nd and 3rd fave tunes of all time. Anyone who says that Armin has ever made a better tune than this one is mistaken I reckon! :)

I can't say that I've even heard of Hallucinogen :blush: I'm gonna have to have a look out for that album.

AW! Man I want to be home with a brew in my hand:P

Killer tracklist :super:

To be honest, you may have heard them but not realised it, they were one of the most successful of the mid 90's Goa artists, Oakey and Danny Rampling used to nail their stuff :music:

bloody hell! this tunes got hairs on it get in

hehe, i think dance music is good, but trance is better! :)
i enjoy that track, but i will give Sepia a try! :)

Those who don't know Hallucinogen & Sphongle : please repent ! :) :D

Nope, but go check Hallucinogen - Twisted album, from 1995 !

This is old goa, but is worth a try !

To be honest, if Armin told me himself that he'd made a better tune than this I wouldn't believe him :lol:

:lol::lol:
But I like this one too...it´s a great track indeed...
