In January, when I had no unemployment coming in, I ate 1 meal a day, either beans or greens. It was all I could buy. I lost 15 lbs that month. :mask::P

Since then I totally enjoy 2 meals a day, and they are good ones, too. I'm losing less weight now. Unemployment money is a good thing. :grinning::super::cat:

oh I see :hug: but it's not like that, I just don't need more, a sandwich in the morning than breakfast at 10 am at work and dinner which I'd rather call supper after work :)
