Away from my home stereo, been tuned with headphones all week now im really worried cuz ive had them on all day and i can hear a bit of the ringing, am I going deaf?? DJs here who listen to music all the time plz tell me what I should do??

That's definitely not good and should alarm you! Best thing would be to avoid any loud places as long as possible, so you definitely shouldn't use headphones within the next days... also don't turn up the stereo too much, don't go to clubs, cinemas, etc.

And next time don't turn up your headphones too loud
