Late answer too, but for me the future of uplifting are Sebastian Brandt, Manuel Le Saux, Sean Tyas, Paul Miller, Aly & Fila, Anguilla Project, Nitrous Oxide, Ian Betts, Akesson, Mike Nichol, Tom Colontonio, John O'Callaghan....

Why are some names bold and others not?
Also keep an eye on Daniel Kandi and Danilo Ercole. I like what the 2nd one is doing! As for the established DJs, definitely Super8 & Tab will do much more damage in the near future! same goes to Giuseppe Ottaviani.

As for the prog, Andy Duguid, Breakfast, Schossow will be more and more present. Some Russian producers are also worth keeping an eye on.
