i totally agree!! & the worst part bout em is that is now their cheapest item on their menu. i used 2 get their bacon ultimate cheeseburger, but now its 1 of the most expensive items on their menu. jack in the crack is total inflation now. so ill never go back there again, just horrific. their asst manager who took my order didnt even get the order completely correct. no offense against mexicans, but they need to learn to listen better. some mexicans are good @ listening, but in my mind mexican women are not as good as mexican men are (this is just my opinion). i almost had to yell at her because she wouldnt listen to my order. my suggestion, go to wendys in the future. either that, or just buy groceries & make ur own dang meals!!

That's the problem with Texas, too many illegal immigrants working in service jobs, and totally incapable of giving any kind of decent service at all due to the language barrier. I don't know why they insist in hiring them.
