By the way: one of the typical meals in my region is "Kässpätzle" which is a special type of noodles with cheese and onions! Just had it yesterday evening :-) Or "Maultaschen", but please don't ask what it is haha :-)

...well, i think we kinda do an no music but food exchange here :lol:
but its all about enjoyment - sofar interesting replys to this toppic (sorry if my english is not best)

btw. maultaschen. wheat dough (like tortellini but thiker) and in a squre form with a fill of mixed and mashed spinach and various hash (if its original swabian) - it comes regularely with melted butter and parsley in it .... sooo delicious!!

I definately should have a look on AH more often. So many people from Germany here by now, cheers :) Looking forward to end of March, although that's the time I'll have to leave my current flat (and I don't have a new one yet...)
