pfft! I'm a VB.NET developer mainly, VB rocks, you can do anything with it these days, fast, securely, latest coding standards / techniques.

My favourite language tbh :P:P

pfft! yes that's how you should be writing drivers, but for full applications, I believe higher level languages are better for many different reasons. Cost being one of them.
