Why are all the awesome trance events up Norf !! it's such a massive effort to get to Leeds and Sheffield for the decent parties.

Every time I go to DS it takes me 7.5hrs up the motorways to get there

To be honest mate, I think now Crasher burned down and GG left Tall Trees and stuff, people who used to go to them regularly are just taking matters into their own hands! Certainly can't complain round here any more which is nice (as I actually spent a while complaining not that long ago...) but I'm thinking with Turnmills gone now you might get some decent replacements in the captial before the year's out if you're lucky

Middlesborough's not too far from me, about 50 mins in the car, but getting there/back is a right hassle if you wanna have a good time so don't wanna drive, so never been down.

I'm confused about this... DontStayIn shows Sean Tyas on 11th July at the Empire but apparently thats part of the Anjunabeats tour with Matt Hardwick, no mention of JOC or Cliffy Burrows.... ??

Was just about to put the original in my UKITM set but decided against it.

Trance in London = epic fail

Apart from the mainstay - The Gallery @ MOS there isn't hardly any big trance parties or even any small trance parties like DS, Off The Rails etc.

Whereabouts are you mate? I agree when I lived in London a few years back it never ceased to amaze me how little there was catering for trance music. There was Turnmills and The Cross (occasionally) but that was about it. There used to be some great stuff down in Brighton though.
