I too have been on jobsearch today. I'm on a government scheme for the next two years that tries to get me a job. They make big promises. But so did the last lot. All I got out of that was a bit of work experience.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I've been with the WIA (Workforce Invesment Act) Program for 3 years. Yeah, I got money for books and gas, but no job. I'm seeing lots and lots of great job postings, but it doesn't seem like anyone is actually hiring. It's kind of creepy. Like there's no one out there anymore or something.
