I think it´s a dj´s exclusive right to pick up tracks on his/her own decission. If I was Dj from certain label it´s more likely that I would choose tracks from our label because I probably like that sound, production. It´s not prohibited (maybe some business exception clause?:) ) to play tracks from other labels but as a Dj I would present my own label in majority.
