recent studies show that in moderation coffee and alcohol are good for you, but maybe that's just for a little while like everything else and than they come back an say "no, its not good" :lol:

i couldn't function without coffee, the migraines will kill me :lol:

i understand...research...i am a researcher myself too..i know how it works...a bunch of summer students in love with coffee, booze and weed came out with such an outcome after a very elaborate study of the effects of some drugs on human body...
The only good thing about smoking is that leaves you body without the lungs...
Coffee helps you heart running like crazy, while weed helps your brain to see more colors at the same time, while hearing weird sounds...

seriously, coffee only speeds up your heart rate...increases the risk of heart attack...same with other energy drinks (eg red-bull, shark, monster, gatorade etc) there are lots of studies out there showing these...
the only energy drink i know of that has none of these effects is called rev3 (USANA Energy Drink :: Rev3)
