Manchester based producer Riqaz Ashraf aka Rikkaz takes his turn on Alter Ego Progressive with the thoughtful and insatiable Serengeti for release seventy-seven! On remix duties we have brought in the talents of Hanski and Ahmed Romel who both supply sublime alternatives!

The original mix takes a very easy going approach with warm driving beats, subtle undertones, heart-felt plucks and an undemanding yet enchanting theme which will leave you hitting the repeat button! Rikkaz's best work to date and proves he is one to keep an eye on for the rest of the year!

A producer who is hitting all the right buttons right now is UK man Hanski, who makes a welcome return on the Serengeti flip-side! Warm, chunky bass lines filled with glitchy and irresistible turns of stride! Air tight production all round from this rising star with perfect tension build ups, an emotive piano led breakdown and a monster of a climax! Don't miss this one!

Ahmed Romel completes the package with his uplifting take, borrowing the nuts and bolts of the original and pushing it into sports gear!

Alliance of One combines tech trance with acid-rich clubby orchestral uplifting trance, in what will be one of the staple fusion genres of Abora's new Edge sublabel. The Original Mix begins with rumbling basslines, soon joined by regular interjecting acids that rise, fall, and loosely encircle around the listener. The first half of the breakdown is an epic uplifting orchestral affair led by warm yet almost-haunting emotional pads, sure to give you those uplifting chills. Then the track switches to its techy side: The tech trance lead takes over the track for the second half of the breakdown and the climax. Alliance of One's fusion style is perfect for contemporary dancefloors and festivals.

The release also includes a club mix and a radio edit.
