I agree with Wailo that it's just a joke, especially given the sense of humour exhibited by the producer, but it's unfortunate that there's the little bit of, er, popular misconception and chauvenistic history behind the it.

Do you ever see that Sam Rockwell movie from a few years ago where he played a guy who claimed to be a former spy in the cold war? That was the worst portrayal of women in the 60's that I've seen in years. Calling it demeaning is being gentle.

As for men, you're right. Write a song about it that offends us, and maybe we'll start looking at faces for once.

And so have I. Hip Hop garbage is much, much worse, but women shouldn't have to put up with ANY of it. Got any daughters? Nieces? These filthy song writers are talking about THEM. It's personal. Most of what I see on TV is also degrading to women and is one of the reasons (I think) behind what we see in society today. Society has failed our children, and for generations to come as well. And why? All because we turn the other way to pandering filth. All because, "we've seen worse". We are lazy and don't give a damn about anything. My generation may not have been the best, but we are better than what I see today.
