I can't guarantee that I'm really back either.

About same here. Despite my present 'resuming': I am not attending ' each and every set ' by default any more. Doing other things (too) :grinning2:

Helps to have the fresh air every few times a week :grinning2:

And what my time off really allowed me to do was put focus on the better direction I'm going in health-wise. I've not thought back since picking this up in February
