ah.fm store order

Hi, I hope one of the staff can help me with something:

I made quite a large order (in the region of €80) from the ah.fm store, to be shipped to Singapore. I placed the order on December 28th. As this was between xmas and nye I allowed a bit of extra time for my order to be delivered, but it has still not arrived.

I have been into my account on the xt24 store but I can't find any useful information, other than that my order has apparently been dispatched.

Can anyone tell me how long you would usually expect for an order to reach Asia / Pacific region? Usually stuff posted here from the UK takes about two to three weeks, but it is now almost six weeks since I placed my order.

Can one of the ah.fm staff please contact me regarding this and I can provide order details etc via PM?
