Hi everyone. I am a happy AH Premium member since yesterday. The service looks awesome BUT I have two problems/questions.

1. Is there a limit to how many devices within the same IP range can be connected to the Premium server? What I mean is that while I connected succesfully via PC, I can't connect via the app, even though I enter the right credentials. It doesn't connect even when I disconnect the PC from the server.
2. Is there a way to save your progress when listening to something via the server? Every time I come back to a show it starts from the beginning and there is no way to seek through it

Anyway I want to thank Dan for letting me in :)

PS. I am using iOS 26.1 on my mobile
 
Update: I just tried logging in on my phone after few days and I got in on first try. I don't know what caused the problem in the first place but it seemed to be solved now. Thanks a bunch! :)

Ill try to answer as best as possible,

1. I believe there’s a limit of three devices, such as a PC, tablet, and mobile phone.

2. Premium should resume where you left off. For instance, if you’re listening to a show and need to go to do something, you can close the app. Later, when you launch it again, it will continue from where you left off. “I just tested it too!”

Developer of the app here, a minor correction on what Dan said above:

The app saves your progress between closing the app and the next time you open it, the website doesn't. Unfortunately we can't add this to the web interface being used there belongs to the software that we use to manage the premium files.

However because of how our app hooks into that software, I was able to build something that allows the device to save the progress locally. That's why when listening in mobile, it will keep track between closing and relaunching the app. It won't keep track if you switch to another stream or the live stream in between.

Thank you very much for your explanation Vashiru! Now that the login problem fixed itself (don't know how though. One day it didn't work and then boom, it works again after a few days) the app looks and plays awesome. I think I'm going to stick around longer :)
 
Could be the update of the iOS app that was released yesterday. We recently noticed a bug where having certain special characters in your password would cause the login to fail. This was resolved in yesterday's update. So perhaps your phone updated the app overnight and it got resolved that way.

One more question if I may. Can the password be changed to a longer one? The one that was provided was a bit too short which is understandable yet it may be considered unsafe. It's ok if it's impossible though. I thought I'd ask.
