Cold Harmonies 100

I remember, back in 2008 when Faruk had just started his show of Cold Harmonies, in the 3rd or 4th show I guess, he tried to add the effect of an aircraft landing into his mix, which didn't turn up to be as expected.. and some of listeners started to pull jokes out of it (some might even be reading this post).

4 yrs down the line its real wonderful to see Faruk reached such heights of fame and fan following!

Colliding their sounds and letting it melt into one, is a challenge in itself. But Faruk Sabanci and Mark Sixma nailed it. With the melodic spark of 'Starburst', they're ready to set things alight.

Faruk Sabanci, a young Turkish talent, still under his 20's but already winning the hearts of the trance addicts with the sounds of 'Jessica's Sanctuary' and 'As Faces Fade'. Mark Sixma, a Dutchman with experience and a thing for classical music, as heard on 'Fade To Black', 'Paradise Lost' and 'Unspoken'. Combine the growling beats of one, with the melodic bliss of the other, and 'Starburst' kicks in.

'Starburst' has got a strong drive, rapidly unfolding from the deep, techy type of trance to a string-infused trancer. It's got energy, peace and all the power to make you move.
