Every month is different by the way. Sometimes I start at 138bpm or like today at 125bpm.

Yea, I can't sleep on planes. Not even in business. Never flown into gatwick. Only heathrow and london city.
London city is fun. It's only one runway. So no matter what, you need to land. Haha.

Gatwick is one runway as well. It's so crazy how they do it so well. I've had a VERY rough landing from Munich, everyone clapped when we finally landed hehe.
